2008 Cabernet Sauvignon
Coming This Fall
 The 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon is bottle aging for a fall release. Made of 92% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Malbec, the '08 Cabernet was aged 20 months in 95% new French Oak barrels.
Expect a full and plush mid palate density with layered flavors of black cherries, anise, integrated toasty oak, blackberry and baker’s chocolate.
