2021 "Lillá in Fiore" Rosé

This wine possesses a beautiful and vibrant strawberry color with orange hues. On the nose, it has expressive aromas of watermelon rind, rose petals, orange zest, and pink starburst. On the palate, the wine is full and rich, with flavors of kiwi, strawberry cheesecake, and raspberry coulis. Its weight is balanced out by tart acidity, Himalayan sea salt salinity and wet stone minerality. You’ll also find subtle, secondary notes of endive and radicchio.
