Our rose boasts a fresh and inviting aroma with prominent high-tone red fruit and delicate floral notes. On the palate, the wine delivers a viscous and round texture. The flavors of white peach, watermelon jolly rancher, and raspberry are well-balanced and complemented by the wine's refreshing acidity. The rose finishes with subtle hints of vanilla that add a layer of creaminess to the wine. Production Notes
In crafting this Rose, we employed a combination of the vin gris and saignee techniques. The saignee method was used on all of our Napa Valley Cabernet, Syrah, and Malbec grapes, while the vin gris method was applied to Grenache grapes from San Luis Obispo County. By thoughtfully selecting and utilizing these methods for each varietal, we were able to maximize the unique characteristics and flavors of each grape to create a wine that is truly exceptional. The result is a beautifully balanced and flavorful Rose that is sure to delight the senses.
