2023 Sauvignon Blanc

Similar to past vintages, this Sauvignon Blanc has the same trademark yellow color that indicates a little time spent on new oak. The robust fruit and its ability to balance more pronounced oak character is what sets this wine apart from many other Sauvignon Blancs out across the valley. Our goal is to avoid the typical high acid, pyrazine-riddled style, and instead create a wine that is full of bright, tropical fruit! You’ll find aromas of tangerine, guava and kiwi. On the palate, a balance of tangy acid and savory richness. Flavors of crisp green apple, lychee and lime zest, which lead to a round and lasting finish. A perfect wine to pair with a fresh harvest salad, or your favorite seafood dish. Try pan seared scallops if you can't decide on one!
